Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Support- Assist in managing daily head quarter business operations, business development projects including scheduling, workflow monitoring, and logistics coordination
- Maintain records, files, and databases to ensure accurate documentation
- Help monitor and analyze operational backend reports
- Support vendor and supplier communications
- Assist with compliance and quality control procedures
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and sales presentations
- Assist in managing systems and updating company information
- Coordinate with marketing to implement sales campaigns
- Help schedule and prepare for client/vendor meetings and follow-ups
- Field work per project requirement
- Manage and arrange calendars and emails
- Draft internal communications and reports
- Support projects, event planning and coordination
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to do Field Work and extra work hours as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in operations, sales support, or business development
- Very proficient in Microsoft Office (MS EXCEL, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
