Inventory Control Associate

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of pharmaceutical and healthcare products
• Organise and maintain organised storage of inventory in designated locations
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory records
• Assist in the coordination of inventory transfers and distribution to various locations
• Provide support to the procurement team by identifying trends and making recommendations
• Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• 1-years of experience in an inventory control or stock management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Open for fresh Graduate.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office applications
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
