The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This position is responsible for handling clerical tasks, organizing files, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with day-to-day office needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate of any four-year course, preferably related to Business Administration, Office Management, or equivalent
With or without experience (experience in administrative work is an advantage)
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks
Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
Willing to work flexible hours if needed
Can handle clerical tasks such as filing, data encoding, and document preparation
Knowledge of office systems, procedures, and equipment is a plus
