Chief Finance Officer

Key Responsibility:
Financial Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with its overall goals.
- Advise the CEO and executive team on financial planning, performance, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead long-term financial planning and budgeting processes.
Financial Management & Oversight:
- Oversee the financial health of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage cash flow, financial performance, and capital structure.
- Ensure the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Review and approve financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including liquidity, credit, and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
- Work with legal and audit teams to safeguard the company’s financial integrity and compliance.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of key financial talent within the department.
Investor Relations & Financial Communication:
- Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders to communicate the company’s financial health and performance.
- Prepare and present financial data and reports to the board of directors and external investors.
- Strategic Decision Support:
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team to influence key business decisions.
- Evaluate business opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives from a financial perspective.
- Support growth strategies and business expansion efforts through financial modeling and analysis.
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
- Experience in a publicly traded company or managing investor relations (if applicable).
