Job Description

Take ownership of building and managing a comprehensive social media presence for a respected financial services organization. This role offers unique autonomy to shape and execute marketing strategies from the ground up, working directly with company leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Create engaging, brand-aligned content that resonates with target audiences
  • Build and maintain the company’s social media presence from the ground up
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to develop and execute marketing plans
  • Monitor social media performance and provide strategic recommendations
  • Manage daily platform engagement and community interaction
  • Support additional marketing initiatives and administrative tasks
  • Contribute to data management and analysis projects
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven social media management experience
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing social media presence (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Strong English communication skills with professional business writing ability
  • Experience working with international or US-based companies
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proven track record of content creation and social media strategy execution
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Experience with major social media platforms and content creation tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong data organization and administrative capabilities
