Job Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in encoding, categorize and extract data, manipulation, and analysis.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, macros) for quick analysis and reporting.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms is a plus.

Analytical & Communication Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
• Ability to translate complex data into simple insights and tell compelling stories through data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Soft Skills:

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
