Job Description

Ascendion is also headquartered in New Jersey. In addition to our remote/hybrid workforce, we have 30 offices across the U.S., India, and Mexico.

Works under the supervision of the Vendor Dev Support Section Head/Release Vendor Management Department Head and is responsible for performing verification on all handoffs provided by the vendor and files the requests for deployment.

Role is responsible in moving the code from environment to another.

The Vendor Support Analyst are technically skilled (e.g. PL/SQL) and have good communication skills to collaborate with the stakeholders of the project they support

Roles and Responsibilities

The following are the vendor dev support related activities but not limited to:

• Access Request
• Production Data Extract
• Execution of script in SIT/UAT
• Installation of application in SIT/UAT
• Implementation to SIT/UAT/Production
• Batch Job Run Request in SIT/UAT
• Restart of components in SIT/UAT
• Generate Jar Files in SIT/UAT
• Packaging of objects to be deployed to SIT/UAT
• Request copy of manner configuration files in SIT/UAT/Production
• Firewall whitelisting
• Import/Export files in SIT/UAT/Production
