POSITION TO BE FILLED: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT-MANDARIN SPEAKING- Analyze a client's operating systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Design and implement technology solutions
- Ensure systems function correctly
- Answer questions from users
- Help users stay updated on software
- Help implement new technology
Follow up with clients to ensure systems are running smoothly
Qualifications/Requirements- Fluent in Mandarin Speaking & English language both in written and verbal
- Preferred one to two years of working experience
- Computer Literate, Troubleshooting expert
- Strong leadership, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Requires careful attention to detail.
