Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Summary:Detail-oriented and efficient data entry professional with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Skilled in data organization, accuracy verification, and report generation. Able to handle large datasets, maintain data integrity, and ensure efficient workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems.
Use Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional formatting) to organize and analyze data.Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Generate reports and summaries based on collected data.
Assist in data cleanup and validation efforts.
Collaborate with teams to improve data processes and efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Typing Speed: 50+ WPM with high accuracy.
Excel Proficiency: Strong understanding of formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and formatting.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot and correct errors in large datasets.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with data management software (Google Sheets, CRM systems, or databases).
Communication: Ability to clearly document and report data findings.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with automation tools like macros or Power Query.
Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power Bi, Tableau) is a plus.
