• Ensure timely submission of financial and management reporting
• Prepare monthly schedules and reconciliations of financial statement accounts
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with the accounting standards, company

• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Support the Finance Manager with budget and forecast activities
• Monitor and support taxation requirements
• Coordinate and drive various teams to improve existing workflow in relation to financial

• Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process
• Participate in new system implementation
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the management

• At least a minimum of 3 years working experience in General Ledger and Taxation preferably gained from

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and auditing practices and principles
• Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations
• Knowledge and experience of any Finance and Operations ERP tool preferably Microsoft Dynamics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
• Good leadership, strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Self-driven with high level of integrity, excellence and teamwork
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to be detail oriented
• Able to communicate openly and across different departments and affiliates
