Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven CRM and Loyalty Specialist to develop, implement and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and loyalty programs. This role will focus on enhancing customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through personalized marketing campaigns and data analytics.

The role will also support both business and client management through delivering reporting, project updates, as well as being the go-to for managing project boards, research and competitor analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM platforms, customer segmentation, email and SMS marketing and have strong skills in data and reporting across these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Loyalty Execution -
  • Develop, implement, and manage CRM & Loyalty campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Develop, implement, and manage Email and SMS campaigns to drive revenue and engagement.
  • Analyze customer data to segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts.
  • Conduct A/B testing of campaigns to determine incremental revenue uplift of efforts.
  • Monitor and optimize automated email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
  • Track and report on email/SMS marketing campaigns, CRM and loyalty program performance & other relevant data, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Report on growth of the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify data Problem solve data issues relating to technical elements
  • Identify opportunities & create recommendations to improve customer touchpoints and experiences.
  • Leverage technical knowledge of integrations to troubleshoot data issues, build strategic roadmaps, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth
Client / Business Support -
  • Maintaining all client project boards and keeping track of tasks and deliverables
  • Delivering detailed & tailored monthly client reporting, project progress updates and ad hoc presentations
  • Research and implement new trends, tools, and best practices in email, CRM and loyalty marketing.
  • Manage competitor analysis of new and existing clients
  • Create client case studies based on reporting & growth performance

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, or customer retention roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM tools (e.g., Emarsys, Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
  • Experience with email marketing, automation platforms, and customer segmentation.
  • Knowledge of loyalty program structures and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or BI platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Retail or similar B2C experience highly regarded
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges.
  • Initiative and resourcefulness to solve problems and streamline workflows.
