The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support for day-to-day facilities and asset operations. This includes developing and maintaining databases for facilities inventory, condition assessments and scheduled maintenance.

The role will also serve as the primary contact for asset management, preparing reports, analyzing IT and office equipment inventory and ensuring adequate supply levels. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Facilities Coordination
  • Coordinates with property management on building issues, permits and other facilities-related matters.
  • Allocates and manages office space using a facility management software.
  • Coordinate with vendors for services on office equipment, upkeeping services and physical security
  • Manages office equipment including installation, maintenance and disposal.
  • Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. o Ad hoc projects
Inventory/Asset Management
  • Responsible for IT and Facilities inventory management, asset tagging and file maintenance
  • Monitors the inventory and purchasing of admin, common and IT supplies
  • Vendor coordination
  • Ensures proper storage, stacking and labeling of supplies
Business Compliance
  • Assists in securing appropriate permits, clearances and certifications from relevant government agencies, particularly the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), the Board of Investments (BOI) and the Local Government Unit (LGU)
