Sales and Marketing Manager

Description:

You will play a key role in building strong relationships with customers, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, and closing deals.

• Lead in the development of cost-effective sales and marketing strategies that boost the brand, promote the programs, and target the right audience to drive market and revenue growth
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
• Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
• Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, and using data insights to adapt campaigns
• Build long-term connections by understanding needs and providing value to key accounts
• Collects, analyzes, and summarizes sales and marketing data and trends
• Utilize social media to widen reach and promote the brand
• Motivate and mentor your team for growth and promote a culture of excellence and innovation

Qualifications:

1. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the corporate or educational sector
3. Proven experience and success in driving revenue growth in previous sales and marketing roles
4. Ability to develop, adapt, and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company objective
5. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
7. Strong knowledge and skills in data analysis, presentation, and report writing.
8. Knowledge in social media marketing is a plus.
9. Must be proficient in the English Language
10. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
