Job Title: Accounts Admin Assistant

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Admin Assistant to join our team. As an Accounts Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our accounting team with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Admin Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Provide your own computer, with back-up power supply and back up internet.
  • Be prepared to have Time Doctor installed.
  • Allow access by our IT Department to your computer at any time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and practices.
