Selling Area Supervisor

WE ARE HIRING FOR SELLING AREA SUPERVISOR (STORE SUPERVISOR) FOR QUINCY SUPERMARKET.

JOB LOCATION: D. TUAZON BRGY. MAHARLIKA QUEZON CITY (Near Banawe QC)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensuring stocks are always sufficient and ensuring displays are always full.
• Identify slow moving items.
• Ensuring all items are on FIFO (First in First Out).
• Monitoring stock movements
• Conduct accurate inventory, including suggesting purchase orders.
• Coordinates with Purchasing team on fast moving items.
• Ensuring near expiry items were properly pulled out from the shelves.
• Achievement of sales target (if any).
• Supervise and Monitor performance of merchandisers and Team Leaders.
• Timely and accurate execution of all promotions (bundling’s)
• Ensuring all items have designated tag prices and or shelf tags.
• Ensuring all shelf tags are updated.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness inside the selling area.
• First hand discipline the merchandisers.
• Ensure selling area standards are implemented.
• Category Management (planogram, share of shelves, shelf tags)
• Conducts monthly meeting with store manager and team leaders, creates report.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities will be given.

• Must be a graduate of a 4-year course or an equivalent thereof
• With minimum of 1- 2 years Managerial/Supervisory experience in Supermarket retail industry.
• Able to report for work on holidays and weekends
• Attention to detail
• Time Management and Strategic skills
• Strong organization and leadership skills
• Knowledge in MS applications
• Able to handle employees
• Systematic person
• Flexible
• Must be STRICT and firm
• Preferably no visible tattoos
• Can start ASAP
