Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and implementing no/low code solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. This role requires collaboration with various business and support units to understand their needs and align solutions with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement no/low code solutions to automate and streamline business processes.
• Work closely with business units to identify challenges and gather requirements.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications for no/low code solutions.
• Propose and implement new features to improve existing solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, user guides, and support materials.
• Regularly update the Department Head on the progress, impact, and benefits of automation projects.
• Ensure that all solutions adhere to ICT/ERM policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform administrative tasks related to no code tool subscriptions and vendor management.
• Keep abreast of the latest no/low code tools and trends to ensure the organization remains at the cutting edge of technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in no/low code development or business process automation
• Strong understanding of no/low code platforms
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City
