Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor video switchers, audio consoles, media servers, and graphics systems during live productions.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with directors, producers, and crew members to execute show cues and run-of-show requirements.
• Ensure proper setup and functionality of cameras, microphones, projectors, displays, and streaming hardware/software prior to events.
• Perform pre-event checks including sound checks, video tests, lighting presets, and signal routing validation.
• Manage live streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Vimeo, Twitch) and troubleshoot technical issues in real time.
• Maintain signal integrity across multiple inputs/outputs, ensuring smooth transitions and quality control during broadcasts.
• Assist in content loading, media playback, lower-third graphics, and real-time overlays.
• Respond quickly to unforeseen issues, equipment malfunctions, or show changes with practical, effective solutions.
• Participate in post-production breakdown, storage, and routine maintenance of production equipment.
• Support rehearsals, training sessions, and tech run-throughs to ensure production readiness.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized control room/workstation.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Degree or certification in Media Production, Broadcast Technology, Film, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in live production or broadcast environments.
