Through its Human Resources Department (HRD) hereby informs everyone that we are currently looking for successful applicants to fill up the following position enumerated below along with the qualifications:

INVENTORY / COST CLERK

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepares reports and updates the lapsing schedule of fixed assets every month.
• Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise or supplies stocked in warehouse and other area.
• Responsible for the regular physical inventory count of merchandise inventory every month end.
• Responsible for the physical inspection of fixed assets every semi - annual / quarter.
• Verifies records against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
• Prepare reports , such as inventory balance , price lists and shortages.
• Reconciles general and subsidiary ledgers of inventory , CIP and fixed assets.
• Review and monitors on actual project cost versus budgeted cost.
• Review, validate and reconcile Bill of Materials on Chemical Production and Water System Production with actual cost.
• Reconcile all sales with proper direct cost and assure all plants are reported and posted with direct costs including equipment sale projects.
• Coordinates with project team for the proper closure of the projects completed.

• Must be Accounting/Finance graduate
• Fresh Graduate are willing to apply
• Honest and attentive / keen to details
• Willing to extend effort to assure reports are done on time
• With strong personality and can adapt changes
