Maintenance Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. To undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises and equipment.
2. To carry out planned and responsive repairs and installations as required in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance assigned to him.

• This includes the repair and troubleshooting of HVAC, Refrigeration System, Boilers, Gensets and other equipment alike.

1. To maintain the facilities and common areas in the best possible condition.
2. To be willing to up-skill and develop, to enable completion of all types of multi-skilled work

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
2. Perform daily check-up of facilities, equipment & premises
3. Assist in the setup of equipment, refrigeration and other systems
4. Perform manual repairs when necessary
5. Reports problems to immediate supervisor
6. Observe and follow safety rules and regulation
7. Ensures execution of quality and food safety standards in compliance with Maintenance Operations.
8. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager.
