Position Overview
The IT Business Analyst III will be responsible for evaluating business processes and user requirements related to enterprise-wide enabling technologies, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Lead the design solutions and provide technical solutions as part of IT projects with detailed documentation.Ensure architectural solutions meet both technical and functional requirements.
The ideal candidate will bring to bear strong business analysis skills and project management practices. They will work collaboratively with different teams worldwide to deliver efficient implementations that exceed customer expectations.
What you will do- Analytics: Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Complete configuration changes and verify alignment with business needs.
- Improving Customer Success: Establish performance cadence with a deep understanding of the technical and functional requirements for finance-related applications.
- Operational Excellence: Drive standardization and harmonization across service businesses to ensure accountability at all levels through data, processes, and metrics.
- Project Management: Lead successful projects through industry-recognized, top-tier project management standards.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science).
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a technical owner, business analyst, or IT project lead.
- Experience with multiple ERPs (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP), finance systems, and middleware applications. Worked as an integration lead integrating third-party solutions with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Order to Cash, Record to Report, Customer Service, Financial Reporting processes. Support O2C, R2R, and 3rd party integrations (e.g., CFORIA, Blackline).
- Proven excellence in communication (verbal and written), negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate complex technology environments and work with global teams.
Working Conditions:
- Work remotely or in-office depending on location. Domestic and international travel required, 0 - 25% or more as needed.
