Manila - Senior Estimator Work-From-Home (Australian Client)

Matrix Estimating is a leading Australian company specializing in construction estimating for residential, commercial, and retail projects. We are expanding and looking for an experienced Senior Estimator who can work full-time remotely from the Philippines.

• Must be a Licensed Structural, Civil or Mechanical Engineer
• Can read CAD drawings, decipher engineering drawings and perform material take-offs
• Proficient in CostX, Planswift, or similar takeoff software
• Experience in residential, commercial fit-outs, or joinery estimating experience preferred
• With excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• 100/20 Mbps internet connection
• 5 years minimum experience (Australian construction experience strongly preferred)

• Work closely with our Australian-based team via email and video calls
• Submit completed estimates on schedule
