Chief of Staff - Strategy & Ops (Remote - Venture Capital)

Must be willing to periodically travel to the US/other locations for leadership meetings and events.
Act as a trusted advisor to the founder, identifying key priorities, streamlining tasks, and enhancing overall efficiency.
Improve operational effectiveness by designing and implementing scalable processes and systems across the organization.
Support strategic decision-making by delivering well-researched insights, in-depth analysis, and actionable recommendations.
Ensure the founder stays focused on high-impact initiatives by managing operational and tactical responsibilities.
Lead go-to-market initiatives for incubated startups, including market analysis, launch strategies, and execution.
Oversee CRM adoption, data management, and operational workflows to drive venture and startup growth.
Support strategic hiring efforts, from talent sourcing to seamless onboarding.
Provide proactive, cross-functional support in areas such as growth, technology, and business strategy.

Exposure to venture capital operations and strategic growth initiatives. Opportunity to transition into pure strategy / operations role.

5+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, meeting tight deadlines, and prioritizing strategic initiatives.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient, with the ability to make independent decisions.
Proficient in GSuite, Google Sheets, Notion, and CRM platforms.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
