Retail Sales Associate (Roving)

We’re looking for passionate, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team at SJ Lifestyle Shoes — where comfort meets fashion.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by sharing the right product knowledge with every customer
• Handle inventory and SKUs with precision and care
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually inviting
• Manage the cash register accurately and responsibly
• Answer customer inquiries with confidence and professionalism
• Submit daily sales reports on time
• Work towards and achieve monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Senior High School graduate or at least college level
• Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in the fashion or footwear industry
• Outgoing, personable, trustworthy, and dependable
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and well-groomed appearance
• Open to travel as part of the role
• This is a roving position — candidates must be willing to be assigned to various store locations, including SM North EDSA, SM Makati, SM Megamall, and Market! Market!
