Regional Feed Sales Manager - Olongapo

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Feed Sales Manager to lead and drive sales of poultry feed products within the assigned region. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the poultry industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of animal nutrition and feed formulation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Business Development – Drive regional sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Customer Relationship Management – Provide technical support, address customer concerns, and conduct training sessions.
- Team & Territory Management – Supervise sales representatives, assign targets, and ensure proper product distribution.
- Reporting & Strategy Execution – Analyze sales data, track market trends, and collaborate with marketing and technical teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the poultry feed industry.
- Strong understanding of poultry nutrition and feed formulation.
- Proven experience in regional sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
