1. Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
2. Preparing, trimming, weighing and pricing up meat;
3. Cutting and boning a carcas, including preparing orders to customers' specifications
4. Keeping their working environment safe and storing meat in accordance with health and safety legislation;
