Responsibilities- Design and implement wireless communication networks to meet organizational needs.
- Conduct site surveys and wireless assessments to determine optimal deployment strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues in wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and implement enhancements for improved reliability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure network security measures are in place.
- Stay updated on the latest wireless technologies and industry trends.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on wireless systems.,
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to existing wireless infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in wireless network design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of wireless communication protocols and standards.
- Familiarity with network security practices and tools.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues related to wireless networks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Certifications such as CWNP, CCNA Wireless, or similar are a plus.
