Finance Officer

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Officer to join our team at Prime Meridian HR Consultancy, Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is available to support business decision-making.

• Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Collaborating with the broader finance team to identify and implement process improvements
• Providing financial analysis and insights to support business planning and decision-making
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory bodies

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting requirements
• Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
