Strategic Accounting Operations Manager

Manage the performance and daily operations of Finance team
- Oversee progress, task delivery, and workflow compliance
- Review and QA team outputs regularly
- Address underperformance or delays with guidance
- Act as Managing Director's representative
- Communicate Leadership instructions to the team
- Produce special reports and ad-hoc insights
- Provide regular updates and summaries to the owner
- Evaluate current systems and processes
- Lead internal process improvement projects
- Coordinate upgrades without disrupting workflows
- Implement scalable, efficient systems

- Qualifications:
- Applicants must be based in the Philippines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- CPA required
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Familiarity with Xero is required
- Experience with Asana, Fathom and Spotlight Reporting is preferred but not essentialExperience managing multi-entry accounting environments
- Familiarity with Australian compliance standards is desirable
- Background in accounting or CFO teams is desirable but not required
