• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving national sales and market growth
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with partners and stakeholders
• Hands-on approach to managing the entire sales cycle from strategy to execution
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Willing to travel regularly for store visits and partner meetings
