Job Summary: The Collections Analyst will perform Business-to-Business collection functions by contacting customers and obtain payments on past due accounts. The incumbent will coordinate with internal/external customers in order to resolve disputes, reconcile accounts, and ensure clean/green trade receivables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect and Reconcile Accounts; Ensure Clean and Green Trade

• Process AR Forms in Connection with Payment and/or Invoice

• Coordinate with Stakeholders on any Issues with Orders, Invoice,

and Payments; Release New Sales Orders w/in Shipping Cut-Offs

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

• One (1) Year of BPO Experience (Financial/Collections Function)
• Demonstrates Business Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
• Intermediate Proficiency w/ Microsoft Office Tools (Excel/Outlook)
• Can Perform Basic Research/Analysis, Working w/ Spreadsheets
• Experience with International Collections Transactions is a Plus
• Strong Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills, Detail-Oriented
