Technical Support Representative - MSP

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment and is passionate about providing excellent IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and remote support tools.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to workstations, servers, networks, printers, and other IT systems.
• Resolve Level 1 and some Level 2 support tickets; escalate to higher tiers as needed.
• Accurately log all interactions in the PSA/ticketing system (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask).
• Perform basic user administration tasks (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365, password resets).
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as patching, updates, and monitoring alerts.
• Work within defined SLAs and follow documentation standards.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base documentation.
