About the role
Total Staffing Skills Corporation is seeking an experienced FOH/Supervisor, Waiter, Waitress to join our team in Subic Zambales. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive excellent service and have an enjoyable dining experience.
What you'll be doing- Greeting and seating customers, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks in a timely and friendly manner
- Monitoring dining room activities to identify and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area, restocking supplies as needed
- Providing guidance and training to junior waitstaff to ensure consistent service standards
- Assisting with daily opening and closing duties, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or FOH supervisor in the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail for cash handling and reporting
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
