About the role

TDC Business Consultancy Inc. (ANSWERKEY PH) is seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our company's accounts.

What you'll be doing
  • Accurately record and reconcile all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
  • Provide support in the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports as required
  • Maintain detailed and organised records to facilitate effective financial management
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures
What we're looking for
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounts payable/receivable role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (preferred)
