About the role
TDC Business Consultancy Inc. (ANSWERKEY PH) is seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our company's accounts.This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Accurately record and reconcile all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
- Provide support in the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports as required
- Maintain detailed and organised records to facilitate effective financial management
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounts payable/receivable role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (preferred)
