About the role

This is a full-time HR Manager role at BestOptions Assistance Incorporated', located in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent development.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's business objectives
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
  • Oversee the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards
  • Facilitate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and support career growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role within a consulting or generalist HR environment
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • SHRM or CIPD certification is preferred
