A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Sales Operations Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting field sales teams, ensuring smooth sales operations, and improving overall efficiency. You will handle various administrative and process-driven tasks to reduce the burden on sales representatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales operations processes, including commission splits, transaction classification, and Salesforce data clean-up.
  • Ensure accuracy in Salesforce contract & subscription management.
  • Reconcile credits & sales opportunities for partners.
  • Support Salesforce CPQ & B2B Commerce Cloud processes.
  • Develop & implement process improvements for sales efficiency.
  • Assist in sales order processing & quoting support.
  • Train and support sales teams on processes & deal submissions.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or sales support.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM & Salesforce CPQ.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational & time-management skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with effective relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
