Office Clerk is to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our offices. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping. office clerk has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations.

You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills.

SCOPE OF ROLE:

  • Facilitate documents that needs to be delivered.
  • Release, receive and check incoming items.
  • Encode, file, print and scan restocked papers, request forms, inventory reports and acknowledgment receipts.
  • Answer queries regarding supplies and deliveries promptly.
  • Consolidate, encode, monitor and update international and local purchase orders.
  • Verify, confirm, and follow-up the arrival of items.
  • Make inventory of materials across facilities.
  • Package and label items correctly.
  • Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
  • Maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to work.
  • Observe company policies and personal hygiene.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Good in verbal and written communication skills
  • Well versed in office productivity applications (word and excel)
  • With sense of urgency and has initiative
  • Hardworking and trustworthy
  • Responsible and reliable

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, with (is a plus) or without experience
  • Amenable to work in Quezon City
  • Willing to undergo medical clearance
  • Can start ASAP
