In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Handle the creation and submission of both technical and commercial proposals for our wide range of customers.
- Perform Product Model Configuration through Emerson’s proprietary tools.
- Log all your work using our business system tools in managing our customers, such as Customer Relation Management (CRM) Cloud, Oracle, etc.
- Collaborate locally and globally with our Emerson factories, sales offices, and colleagues.
- Work with versatile teammates to support your aspirations and career goals with Emerson.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related courses.
- 1.5 years of relevant experience in customer service doing technical proposal generation, equipment sizing, and selection.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Cloud, Oracle, and Emerson Measurement Solutions products is a plus.
