Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to hit our targets.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Meet the team sales target via assessing and resolving individual members’ customer universe, customer engagement level, competitive landscape, etc.
• Set quantitative sales goals, compare performance against goals, and adjust goals as needed.
• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:

• A graduate of any business-related course.
• Must have at least Seven (7) years working experience, with a track record of securing sales achievement and targets.
• Additional of at least 5 years’ experience in leading a team of sales personnel, with strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Solid Background in Sales and Marketing, preferably construction materials and services.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possessed leadership and management capacity or experienced in leadership role.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics.
