Logistics and Warehouse Personnel

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a critical role in our warehouse operations? We’re looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Personnel to join our growing team!

Qualifications:

• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology is preferred.
• Male applicants are preferred due to the physical nature of the work involved.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is an advantage.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications such as MS Excel or inventory software.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and regularly update inventory records in the system.
• Ensure the stockroom is clean, organized, and accessible at all times.
• Facilitate preparation and dispatch of orders for delivery on schedule.
• Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming stocks, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and stock availability.
• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low or critical inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
• Assist in periodic physical inventory checks and audits.
