Customer Support Specialist – Online Streaming
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our users with any issues related to their online streaming accounts. You will provide timely and effective solutions, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while helping resolve technical or account-related concerns.
Qualifications:
At least a High School or Senior High School graduate (with diploma/certificate).
Strong English communication skills are essential.
Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours as needed.
Must be available to start immediately.
Main Responsibilities:
Address customer complaints and inquiries, providing timely and appropriate solutions.
Foster strong, trust-based relationships with customers through clear and effective communication.
Provide accurate, complete, and reliable information.
Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and manage document filing.
Follow communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies.
