Job Summary:
The Facilities Officer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of company properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing facility-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance personnel and oversee building repairs.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage vendor contracts and service agreements.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and regulatory approvals.
Qualifications:
- Passed engineering licensure exam is a must Experience
- At least 3 years work experience in the same field
- With advantage if with Pollution Control Officer (DENR and/or LLDA) experience from previous work
- Knowledgeable in formulation and implementation of a 52 week preventive maintenance program for the following but not limited to elevator, STP, genset, FDAS, AFSS, FACP, Solar panel system, pumps, air compressor, etc.
- Knowledgeable in basic/minor troubleshooting for inhouse repairs
- Knowledgeable in project handling (civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing) for outsource project
- Basic knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and other engineering software is an advantage but not a must.
