A. Manpower & Relationship Management
Oversees smooth execution of store operations and team activities.
Assists in directing and developing staff, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Handles employee discipline, documentation, and performance improvement plans.
Ensures compliance with company standards at all management levels.
Coordinates with corporate office and relays important feedback to leadership.B. Technical & Product Management
Supervises daily store activities and production schedules.
Ensures product quality meets PDONUTS standards.
Conducts Store Service Audits and manages equipment maintenance.
Maintains effective use of raw materials and store facilities.C. Sales & Marketing Management
Oversees cash handling, deposit processes, and daily sales reporting.
Handles bulk orders while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Leads local marketing efforts and customer engagement.
Ensures top-notch customer service at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of any 4-year management-related course (Hotel & Restaurant Management preferred).
With at least 2-3 years of experience (preferably in food chain, bakery, etc.)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people skills.
