The Accounting Assistant will support the department's daily operations by ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions. Responsibilities include preparing disbursement vouchers with correct journal entries, maintaining the cash disbursement and receipts books, monitoring prepared vouchers, and performing data entry.The role also involves issuing BIR Form 2307 to suppliers, verifying invoice compliance with BIR requirements, handling collection from the company’s sole client, and maintaining well-organized financial records.
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience is an advantage
- MUST have the knowledge of basic accounting principles and BIR regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work independently or with a team
