Position: Service Advisor
Location: AUTOSPF Las Piñas
Service Coordination: Assign and monitor service jobs, ensuring technicians complete the services availed by the customer.
Quality Assurance: Perform final quality checks before releasing vehicles, ensuring that work is properly and completely done.
Customer Updates: Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional recommendations.
Upselling: Suggest relevant additional services (e.g., ceramic coating, PPF, tinting) based on vehicle condition.
Documentation: Complete proper documentation, job orders, inspection forms, and service completion records.
Customer Satisfaction: Handle basic customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with detailing, paint, and protection teams to meet service standards and timelines.
Inventory Support: Assist in monitoring materials and product usage related to customer services.
Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure client areas and vehicle release areas are clean, organized, and professional-looking at all times.

Job Summary:
The Service Advisor acts as the main bridge between clients and the operations team. They ensure a smooth and professional flow of client vehicle check-in and check-out, coordinate services, and guarantee top-quality workmanship on every vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Handling: Welcome clients, assist with vehicle ingress and egress, and record customer concerns or service requests accurately.Service Coordination: Assign and monitor service jobs, ensuring technicians complete the services availed by the customer.
