IT Project Manager (Banking Firm)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work on-site at Ortigas CBD (Primary) or Makati CBD on a regular day shift
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated success in managing Software Development projects.
• 3 Full-Time position(s) available

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project process, from planning to completion.
• Oversee timelines, budget, and scope to ensure successful delivery.
• Address any technical issues or risks, and provide regular reports on project status.
• Ensure the project team follows all guidelines and responsibilities.
• Keep all stakeholders aligned on schedules and goals.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Work with IT, business units, vendors, and internal teams
• Handle vendor-related activities like requests for proposals (RFP), vendor selection, contracts, and negotiations.
• Manage project requirements, from setting expectations to evaluating solutions and making decisions.

Reporting & Risk Management:

• Regularly report progress to management and project teams.
• Identify and address risks or issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
