Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Technical Support Representative, providing exceptional customer service by troubleshooting and resolving technical inquiries, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer's problem.

Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry that crosses your desk.

Qualifications
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product functionality, installation, and troubleshooting issues through multiple communication channels.
  • Accurately diagnose technical problems by actively listening to customer concerns and asking clarifying questions.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Excellent Communication skills
Requirements
  • At least 2nd year college educational attainment
  • With at least 2 years experience working as a technical support representative in the BPO industry
  • Must have the following documents ready - TOR (Transcript of records) or diploma, 3 months payslip and SSS employment history
  • 100% onsite work arrangement
  • Flexible to rotational shift schedule arrangement
