Job Description
Join our dedicated team as a Technical Support Representative, providing exceptional customer service by troubleshooting and resolving technical inquiries, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer's problem.Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry that crosses your desk.
Qualifications- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product functionality, installation, and troubleshooting issues through multiple communication channels.
- Accurately diagnose technical problems by actively listening to customer concerns and asking clarifying questions.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures to resolve issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Excellent Communication skills
- At least 2nd year college educational attainment
- With at least 2 years experience working as a technical support representative in the BPO industry
- Must have the following documents ready - TOR (Transcript of records) or diploma, 3 months payslip and SSS employment history
- 100% onsite work arrangement
- Flexible to rotational shift schedule arrangement
