The personnel is responsible for rendering free technical services, seminars, and trainings to Lovefeeds user and prospect farms.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Identifies prospect farms for conversion.
- Ensures the conversion and development of new farm.
- Educates, trains, and assists livestock raisers in farm management.
- Educates farmers on proper feeding management of Lovefeeds products to maximize the products performance.
- Provide technical trainings to catered small hold farms personnel/owner and livestock raisers organization members such as:
- Farrowing
- Castration
- Breeding.
- Vaccination
- Vitamins Supplementation
- Deworming
- Debeaking
- Tooth Clipping
- Tail Cutting
