Company Nurse

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing and is a Registered Nurse
• No minimum experience required
• Computer Savvy
• With good verbal and written communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Company Nurse Function

1. Provides health care and treatment to employees within the legal scope of nursing responsibility such as first-aid treatment, checking of vital signs, health interview, dispensing of medicine;
2. Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendations like sent home or back to work;
3. Refers/transports ill employees to the hospital as necessary;
4. Conducts regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies. Prepares purchase requisition of such as necessary to ensure availability at all times;
5. Maintains employee's individual medical records with strict confidentiality;
6. Performs health counseling;
7. Other responsibilities deemed necessary for Company Nurse Purposes.

• HR Function

1. Responsible for timely processing of attendance and timekeeping for all MAYAPA employees using the Human Resource Capital System (HCMS) and manual (if needed)
2. Process Timekeeping Adjustments of late DTRs and other special cases (system error, etc.)
3. Summarize employees without biologs in the HCMS and coordinate with Department heads for reference and checking
4. Coordinate Monthly Tardiness Report to ER Team for issuance of Notice of Suspension
5. Communicate Monthly reports regarding employees who forgot to file missing biologs/leaves/COA to HCMS to ER Team for issuance of NDA.
6. Provide assistance to employees in submission and follow-up of:

1. SSS Loan Application process
2. PAG-IBIG Loan Applications process

1. Provide Assistance to employees in availment of the following:

1. Issue documents for availment of Philhealth benefits (CF1 and Certificate of Contributions)
2. Provide guidance to employees for availment of Paternity benefit/Maternity Benefit
3. Provide guidance to employees for availment of Sickness benefit

1. Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.
