Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor the recruiting team to meet hiring goals and timelines.
  • Partner with department heads and leadership to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Implement and track key performance metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand through social media, recruitment marketing, and employee advocacy programs.
  • Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors (staffing agencies, job boards, background screening firms, etc.)
  • Manage relationships this role, you will lead our recruitment efforts while also managing and optimizing relationships with external staffing partners and other third-party vendors.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts, manage performance metrics, and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Stay up to date on talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling recruiting strategies in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software, and sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity hiring practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
