Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and mentor the recruiting team to meet hiring goals and timelines.
- Partner with department heads and leadership to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Implement and track key performance metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand through social media, recruitment marketing, and employee advocacy programs.
- Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Manage relationships with external vendors (staffing agencies, job boards, background screening firms, etc.)
- Manage relationships this role, you will lead our recruitment efforts while also managing and optimizing relationships with external staffing partners and other third-party vendors.
- Negotiate vendor contracts, manage performance metrics, and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Stay up to date on talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling recruiting strategies in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR software, and sourcing tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity hiring practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
