JOB SUMMARY
The Business Development Representative (BDR) should be familiar with both BPO service offerings and call center solutions as they will be responsible for increasing sales revenue for SMDigital and promoting our solutions to the healthcare, financial, legal, and professional home service sectors throughout the United States.This full-time position is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, executing introductory calls, and assisting senior management in closing new business deals. In addition to having excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, our Business Development Representative will put client needs first, working to develop strong business relationships based on trust.
